It is important for all Christians to be baptized, as Christ commanded. It is also important for Christians to attend church. However, do not let people judge you by these things. Some people will tell you that you are going to hell if you were not baptized in just the right manner, or if you don’t go to their church services. Don’t believe them:
Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. (Colossians 2:17 NIV)
Yes, Christians should make an effort to be baptized, go to church, etc, but these things themselves have no saving power:
These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ. (Colossians 2:18).
If you do not believe in Jesus whose blood is able to save you from your sins, then it is irrelevant how many religious rituals you perform. The purpose of religious rituals, both in the Old Testament and New Testament of the Bible is to point you to Christ.
