How to do good works

Many people claim that they want to do good works, but do not have the power to do them. There is only one way to do genuine good works: by trusting in the power of God. The Apostle Paul explains where the ability to do genuinely good works comes from:

“being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience.” (Colossians 1:11)

The endurance and patience to do good works only comes from God. You can’t do them by your own power. You must repent and believe in Jesus Christ in order to have a spiritually successful life.
