Blessed are those who die in the Lord.

Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.”

“Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.” (Revelation 14:13 NIV)

All true believers from all periods of time will be receive “blessing” if they die as martyrs. This is always true. But it seems like it will be even more true for believers who die near the end of the tribulation period. Perhaps this means that they will get a special reward, because they were chosen to live through this time of incredible persecution. Like all true believers they “will rest from their labor,” after they have died, and they will be given rewards for their faithful actions (i.e. “their deeds will follow them”).
